This resort was a gem with modern facilities and stunning views over the Barossa Valley. The room was spacious and offered beautiful vistas, but it did have a few minor cleanliness issues and felt a bit dated. The service was generally friendly; however, some front desk staff seemed less trained. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway with excellent amenities like a pool and gym, but the dining experience could be improved in terms of value for money.

The hotel boasts a spectacular location with breathtaking views of vineyards and valleys, which made for a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, with both the menu options and the quality of food needing significant improvement. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I found the lack of basic amenities and issues with room comfort detracted from the overall experience.

The Novotel Barossa offers a picturesque stay with comfortable accommodation and spectacular views over the valley. The spacious two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, providing ample comfort. However, the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant could use improvement, and while the pool is enjoyable, some facilities are in need of maintenance.
